Allow me tell you a little about my qualifications. I earned a BBA with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Central Arkansas. Prior to beginning my real estate career, I was the Marketing Director for RE/MAX Properties, Inc. (the most successful real estate brokerage in Southern Colorado). I am still with this company, but I now help families buy and sell homes in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas (like Falcon, Peyton, Black Forest, Monument, Manitou Springs, Fountain, and more!).

I have the market expertise and the industry experience to get you where you need to be...on time! I employ technology systems that allow me to communicate valuable market information to you in a timely fashion. Finally, I have advanced training in negotiating tactics that will save you more money (and bring you more favorable conditions) at closing. This means that I am able to successfully negotiate the price and terms that work best for you.
