Rustic Hills The rustic hills neighborhood is a large area on Colorado Springs' east side developed mostly in the 1950s. Rustic Hills is a very short drive from the newer stores and shopping centers on the Powers Corridor. Believe it or not, Rustic Hills also covers a rural area with some unpaved streets, as well.
