The Sunrise Ridge neighborhood is one of the more densely populated areas of Fountain Valley. It includes the unincorporated Widefield area just on the south border of Colorado Springs. Many of the homes were constructed in the 60s and 70s, but you'll still find homes that were constructed in the 90s. This is often a good area to find "fixer upper" homes that have good bones, but need some TLC and/or updating. Some investors like purchasing homes in this area because it's close to Fort Carson and provides a good pool of tenants.
