| The Colorado Springs Garden Ranch neighborhood took shape in the 1960s and 1970s as Colorado Springs spread north; mostly southeast of Academy and Union Boulevards. The Garden Ranch area has mostly older homes, and some of these homes sit atop the bluffs near Union and Austin Bluffs Parkway for fabulous views.
