Greencrest The Greencrest neighborhood is southwest of Academy Blvd and Austin Bluffs Parkway in Colorado Springs. The neighborhood is practically hidden from view. Palmer Park (with its mountain biking and hiking, dog park, playground, picnic area, etc.) sits immediately to the west, while shopping centers, businesses and apartments front Academy and Austin Bluffs. Many of the homes were built while large lots (1/4 to 1/3 acre) were still being utilized, so you may find pricier, older homes on more spacious lots here
