Springs Ranch is an area dominated by a view of the mountains and Pikes Peak from nearly every point within the community. Located east of Powers Boulevard and south of Barnes Road, it is an ideal location for medium-priced housing. Its location allows easy access to all Space Command working locations at Peterson and Schriever Air Force Bases. The Springs Ranch Golf Club is an 19-hole course laid out along Sand Creek which enhances the appeal of the area. In Colorado Springs Ranch, you'll find some condos and townhomes, but the majority of homes are single family homes. Living in the area offers convenience because residents are so close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues (like IMax, Tinseltown, The Sand Pits Volleyball Courts, the Colorado Springs Sky Sox Stadium, and more!).
