The Broadmoor Bluffs area is known as a scenic neighborhood on Colorado Springs' more elite southwest side. Included here is the gated Broadmoor Resort Community, which has some of the swankiest homes in the Springs and where sales of $1 million and $2 million are relatively common. Much of the vegetation in these areas is natural with low-lying scrub oak, rock outcroppings, etc.
