The Stratmoor Vally neighborhood is an unincorporated area just south of Colorado Springs city limits. The area is east of Pikes Peak Community College and Fort Carson. Residents can find less expensive homes here that are very close to the north gate of Fort Carson. Most of the homes are a bit older, although a few builders recently bought a bit of vacant land to construct smaller new homes.
