Stratmoor Village is on Colorado Springs' south side. There are also some Stratmoor Village subdivisions to the east of Colorado Hwy 115. Most homes in Stratmoor Hills are relatively inexpensive, while the somewhat pricier homes are located in Cheyenne Hills. This neighborhood is near Broadmoor Towne Center (Home Depot, Sears, Michaels, Panera Bread, etc.), World Arena, hotels and restaurants.
